My opponent, The (self-proclaimed) Wrestling Superstar was a tough opponent, and I had the bruises to prove it, but that is fine with me. In all due modesty, I'm sure he could say the same thing about your Humble Narrator. This a happy moment where I have him in the beginnings of an ankle lock, about ten minutes in the action. Unfortunately the evil Skunk O'Mally decided to distract the referee, which came pretty close to costing me the match. Happily, I was able to put enough pressure on Superstar to get the submission just as Skunk charged the ring, which turned out to be a bonus. Not only did I get my hand raised, but I also got to slam Skunker too! I'm told that Superstar and I will be wrestling again in Portland, Maine for Atlas Championship Wrestling in January. Should be a tough match - I'm looking forward to it and I hope that Skunk decides to involve himself in my business yet again! |
