| I really do enjoy slapping a nice head scissors on my opponent from time to time. Especially when there is a cameraslave at ringside to immortalize the moment. Here I am with Alexis Laree fairly early in what was the main event match of the evening. Well, unless you count the oil wrestling matches later on in the evening. I probably would have gotten Alexis by submission - after all my legs are in all due modesty pretty strong - but she was close enough to grab the ropes. I have to admit I was more focused on the important aspects of the match, i.e. making sure there were good pictures of me beating up Alexis. She also could have probably reached up and tried to crank my ankle with her leg if she had thought about it. (They teach us in Ju Jitsu not to cross our ankles in front of an opponent like I am doing here.) But wrestling is like chess in that one must think a few moves ahead. If she had tried that I would have grabbed her leg and pinned her. That is, unless I was in a technical mood and bit her instead as is so often my wont! |
